AMPEAK 2015 starts on Sunday! If you haven’t already purchased a ticket and registered for the conference, make sure to do so ASAP. Also, please find below final information in regards to AMPEAK, including registering for your table and mobile site access.
Getting to AMPEAK 2015
AMPEAK 2015 will take place in Hall 5 at Sydney Showground, which is located within Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney, NSW 2127. Sydney Olympic Park is conveniently serviced by bus, train, taxi and ferry services.
Registration
Your delegate pack and satchel will be available to collect from the registration desk in the Exhibition Hall. There will not be any tickets sent out prior to the event. (Additional social function tickets can also be purchased from the registration desk if required)
The registration desk will be open during the following hours:
17.00-18.00 on Sunday 24 May
07.00-18.15 on Monday 25 May
07.00-17.00 on Tuesday 26 May
07.30-16.30 on Wednesday 27 May
Welcome BBQ Function – Sunday 24 May at 6pm
We will be kicking off AMPEAK 2015 with a BBQ and drinks sponsored by Meridium at the Skydeck of Spotless Stadium. Drop into the Exhibition Hall from 5pm on Sunday evening to pick up your delegate pack and then head over to the Skydeck for the welcome function. Please note, day registrations do not include this function and tickets must be purchased separately.
Annual Dinner
The Asset Management Council Annual Dinner will take place at Waterview in Bicentennial Park on Tuesday 26 May and is proudly sponsored by The Institute of Quality Asset Management. Shuttle buses will run from the hotels in the Olympic Park to and from the dinner venue from 18.00-18.30 and 22.30-23.20. Please ask a member of staff if you need further information on the hotels and pick up locations. Please note day registrations and exhibitor booth attendee registrations do not include this function and tickets must be purchased separately.
Staff on the Ground
If you have any queries during the conference, please come and see the staff at the Registration Desk or at the Meeting Point Booth. Staff and Council volunteers will also be in each of the sessions so we won’t be hard to miss.

Photo Contest
As a special event not listed in the program, we are holding an asset management photography competition! The competition is free to enter and anyone may participate. In order for a photograph to be eligible for the contest, it must relate to asset management or maintenance engineering and either be tweeted to @AssetAntics or emailed to training@amcouncil.com.au before 24 May. The winner will be announced at the YAMP Networking event on Monday night of AMPEAK.
