In this paper that was presented in AMPEAK 2007 (ICOMS 2007),the maintenance department of a client organisation has made heavy investments in improving maintenance planning & scheduling.

Maintenance labour productivity improved substantially, schedule compliance increased significantly, and maintenance labour delays reduced.
