Maintenance and Reliability Engineers Positions

Deloitte Consulting is looking for Maintenance and Reliability Engineers with the following skills:

Must have:

1. Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation Engineering (min. Bachelor’s) or Trade background
2. Mining/Power/O&G/Water/Defence/Manufacturing/Aviation/Renewables background, site experience is desirable

Desirable (possess at least 50% of the following):

1. Minimum 2 years experience
2. Experience in strategy development and strategy optimisation
3. Experience in RCM/FMEA, Asset Criticality Analysis or Risk Based Inspection of Safety Instrumentation system
4. Experience in HAZOP
5. Experience in RCA (5 Why’s, Apollo, Cause and Effect Diagram)
6. Experience in Work Management Process
7. Experience in Maintenance Management
8. Experience in Reliability Engineering (spares optimisation/Monte-Carlo, Weibull Distribution, Reliability Systems Modelling, etc)
9. Experience in condition monitoring (FLAC, vibration analysis, NDT)
10. Experience in Life Cycle Costing (Retire/Refurbish decision)
11. Experience in dynamic Life Cycle Costing
12. Experience in Maintenance Budgeting
13. Experience in Meridium/GE APM
14. Experience with SAP-PM
15. Experience with statutory/regulatory compliance in maintenance
16. Experience with Asset Management/Maintenance Maturity Assessment

Advantageous:

1. Experience with Six Sigma/Lean
2. Data Science
3. Microsoft VBA
4. SQL/R-Script/Python
5. Facilitation Skills
6. Working knowledge of ISO 55000x series
7. Minimum Certified Associate in Asset Management
