The Asset Management Council WA Chapter AGM was held on the 17 March and a full strength committee elected.
We are happy to announce the 2022 AMCouncil Perth Chapter committee line up is:

The committee has two new members: Yvonne Power and Pooja Arvindharia. Contribution from the three outgoing committee members Carlos Fortuna, Graham Saunders and Tristan Velnoweth is highly commended. Their hard work, dedication and committed efforts within the Perth Chapter is acknowledged.

Meet the Committee:
Perth Chapter Chair – Ankur Maheshwari
Ankur is an Associate Director with AMCL Pty Ltd and overseas delivery of leading Asset Management consultancy services to ANZ clientele. He has over three decades of experience in Asset Management in regulated and unregulated asset intensive organisations. He has been very active with Asset Management Council and is currently an active member of AMC Special Interest Group in Sustainability and Resilience in Asset Management. He also project managed AMC review feedback of GFMAM Asset Management Landscape. He is experienced in strategic, tactical and operational asset management and remains active in many local and international forums such as CIGRE (International Council on Large Electric Systems).
Ankur is privileged to take up the Chair of AMC’s WA Chapter. He aims to enhance the value to AMC members in Western Australia through more active sharing of learnings and advancements in asset management. He and the committee expect to increase the participation of local members through organising value add information sharing and problem solving sessions in the local industry. His vision is to enhance participation of women, young asset management practitioners and encourage diversity and inclusion in all aspects of AMC operations. Ankur looks forward to feedback and suggestions from the Asset Management community to deliver best benefits to the AMC members.
