Join the Asset Management Council Brisbane Chapter to hear from seasoned operations and maintenance professionals as they explore the role of operations and maintenance in asset management frameworks and the benefits that good operations and maintenance practices can provide. Our presenters will also discuss worked examples showing the cascading of organisational context and objectives down to targeted operations and maintenance activities.
About the Speakers:
Ken Chapman, Committee Member, Asset Management Council Brisbane Chapter
Ken worked for over 35 years in high-tempo tasking where the effective integration of operations roles and maintenance needs led to successful outcomes. Ken’s diverse background ranges from running transport workshops and performing vehicle fleet management to coordinating the reliability and safety of equipment used to extract explosive gases.
Lachlan Maclean, Principal Mechanical Engineer, Golding Mining
Lachlan has an extensive career in asset management, ranging from budgeting, forecasting, tendering and implementing targeted reliability and system improvement activities to leading the corporate functions of the Plant Department and working with multiple stakeholders to drive improvements across the business.
