John Hardwick, Chairman for the Asset Management Council said a clear strategic vision and demonstrated maturity of technical activities has enabled the Asset Management Council to offer Partnering Organisation status in 2011.
“It’s important that we continue to advance the knowledge, understanding and access to good asset management practices,” said John Hardwick.
“We look forward to achieving this through collaboration and support from SAP and Transfield Services. It is important to us that we have long term partners that are global and represent different industry sectors.”

“Transfield Services is pleased to renew our long term relationship with the Asset Management Council through our recent agreement to become a Partnering Organisation from 2011 to 2016. “We see the continuation of this relationship, in the form of the new partnering agreement, as an important step in the continued development of asset management capability within our company, especially given the Asset Management Council involvement in international initiatives such as the Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management, the Asset Management ISO standard and training and certification of professional Asset Managers.”
Enterprise application software company SAP will also significantly contribute skills and knowledge to the next phase for the Asset Management Council. Enterprise systems are a critical component of how successful companies lever competitive advantage in asset management globally.
