About Our Keynote Speaker
Stacey Marsh is the Head of Infrastructure Asset Management, Infrastructure and Investment at Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay. With a robust background in asset management and infrastructure investment, Stacey brings a wealth of experience and insights to our symposium.
In her previous role, Stacey led the National Facility Design Advisory and Assurance team, where she developed systems and processes essential for standardizing health facility design. Her career also includes significant experience as an Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager for a $4.7 billion social housing portfolio in the central North Island. During this time, she played a crucial role in crafting regional asset management plans, aligning them with national strategies and assessing portfolios against government-defined service levels. Stacey’s expertise extends to managing national maintenance contracts and supply agreements, showcasing her ability to leverage the benefits of scale in large infrastructure portfolios.
Stacey’s keynote, The Asset Maturity Journey of NZ Public Health Infrastructure, will provide valuable insights into the evolution and future direction of public health infrastructure asset management in New Zealand. Her talk will be a cornerstone of our symposium, offering a deep dive into sustainable practices and innovative strategies in asset management.
