With over 100,000 members embracing all disciplines of the engineering team, Engineers Australia is the largest and most diverse professional body for engineers in Australia. Engineers Australia’s Technical Societies provide an important and integral link between the profession and specific areas of technical practice.

The World Partners in Asset Management was formed between five international, not-for-profit organisations to provide industry certification for Asset Management Assessors. The certification will assure the quality of assessors and confirm their knowledge and comprehension in asset management systems. The five not-for-profit organisations are as follows: ABRAMAN-Brazilian Maintenance and Asset Management Association, SMRP-Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (USA), PEMAC-Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada, the Asset Management Council (Australia), and IFRAMI-the French Institute of Asset Management and Infrastructure.
