Last night, Melbourne Chapter members made their way to the Hotel Grand Chancellor in the CBD for a technical session to explore asset management accountability. Asset Management is a core business capability, which requires active and participative engagement across the organisation. Leadership and culture are pivotal to set and sustain behaviours for success, asset management culture and leadership is a shared accountability function. An understanding of accountability drives business success, asset management accountability was explored in an interactive presentation and discussion facilitated by Nicholas Phillips. The Melbourne Chapter look forward to hosting two upcoming sites visits mid-September, one to LaTrobe Valley to learn about the Hydrogen Energy Supply Chain pilot project, and another to Altona to visit the Toyota Hydrogen Demonstration Centre to view and learn about a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle & refuelling station and the technology that powers them.
