Members Invitation to Vote – 2025 Board Elections
In accordance with the Constitution of the Asset Management Council nominations were called for the position of Director on the AMCouncil Board of Directors.
Five candidates have successfully nominated for two positions of Director which become vacant at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Voting is now open and closes at 5pm AEDT on Friday 4th April 2025.

The AM Council is seeking a volunteer member to represent AMCouncil on the Standards Australia MB-19 Asset Management Committee, which is the Australian mirror committee for the ISO/TC251Asset Management Standards Committee. The position has become available due to the resignation of the current incumbent.

In accordance with Section 31 of its Constitution, an election is to be held for the Board of Directors of the Asset Management Council, for the term April 2025 – April 2028. One member of the current Board of Directors is to retire at the AMCouncil 2025 Annual General Meeting and is eligible to stand for re-election for the ensuing three-year term.
