“Living Asset Management,” a new book by John Hardwick and João Ricardo Barusso Lafraia, presents an overview of the foundations of asset management and then explores the impact that organisational design, leadership styles, process and procedures, emotions, behaviours and cultures can have on the organisation’s performance and the value delivered.

In news from the Australian Mirror Committee for the ISO 55000/1/2, all three standards have passed their FDIS* votes.
The National Seminar was held in Sydney on Monday 25th November; around 130 attendees came to the seminar from a variety of industries. The passion for the ISO 5500X topic from both presenters and attendees was obvious. The seminar had a number of presenters
The Tasmanian Chapter held a seminar about ISO 5500X on Friday 8th November in Campbell Town, with a good turnout from the local industries. From the presentations and resulting discussions, it is evident that ISO is gaining great attention and momentum across the country, before its official release in January 2014.
