Our Melbourne Chapter had an insightful session discussing the critical asset failures experienced by Court Services Victoria (CSV) and the proactive measures needed to address these challenges. The event highlighted the importance of understanding asset condition and criticality to implement effective asset management strategies.
A special thank you to Svetlana Makoutonina from the Melbourne Chapter Committee for arranging this event, to Andrew Sarah the Chapter Chair for facilitating, and to Court Services Victoria for generously allowing the use of their meeting rooms.
We were privileged to have Vijay Eden, Manager, Asset Systems, Court Services Victoria, share his expertise on managing critical infrastructure failures and the significant program undertaken at 436 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. His insights on the 16 interrelated projects across seven sites were invaluable.
