About the speakers:
Wayne Francisco, Senior Technical Director, GHD; and Asset Management Council Canberra Chapter Chair

Wayne has been providing technical support to asset management services for more than 20 years. Wayne’s first exposure to asset management practice 25 years ago was within a water utility where the management of the infrastructure systems centred around business risk management. Within that experience Wayne has specialised in organisational transformation programs, working with executive teams, business managers, technical specialists, and frontline operations people to support their drive and initiatives for change.

Andrew Grant, Senior Engineer, Icon Water

A passionate Asset Manager, Andrew is committed to improving awareness and the benefits of sustainable infrastructure management practices. With over 30 years’ experience working on public infrastructure projects, Andrew has developed a strong knowledge and understanding of asset management requirements focused on service delivery.
