Challenges in Managing Community Assets in a Changing Climate

Patrick Marshall, Manager of Assets, Engineering, and Design at Glenorchy City Council, will share the challenges and opportunities in managing the assets of Glenorchy Council for the benefit of the community. He will also discuss considerations on how climate change may affect asset management.

Creating Value for an Organisation through Asset Management

Tas Gas is undergoing a transformative period to rejuvenate its asset management strategy and enhance value for the business. Brie Jak, Asset Data & Systems Coordinator, and Ian Avico, Project Manager, Tas Gas, will jointly present on identified shortcomings and their plans to address them, with a focus on data and EAM. The presentation will also delve into considerations regarding the changing climate.
