The successful implementation of fleet management software is a complex process that requires effective change management strategies to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.
This presentation explores the role of change management in the deployment of fleet management software at Court Services Victoria and identifies the key stages of change management, including assessment of current processes, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs.
Additionally, the presentation discusses the challenges encountered during the implementation phase, such as resistance to change, data migration issues, and the need for ongoing support.
This software implementation highlights how a structured change management approach can mitigate risks, foster user acceptance, and maximize the long-term benefits of fleet management software. It highlights that a well-managed change process not only enhances the operational performance of the fleet but also facilitates the transformation of organisational capabilities in an increasingly digital and data-driven environment.
