Henry Elderfield, Manager – Risk Advisory, Aurecon

Henry is an experienced risk manager with a diverse range of international experience in climate change risk management, asset portfolio risk management, international security and counterterrorism, and crisis management.

Henry specialises in physical climate risk assessments to inform operational resilience initiatives and financial market disclosure frameworks for large physical asset portfolios. He has designed and executed portfolio climate risk assessments for S&P500 and ASX50 companies.

Henry focuses on aligning climate risk management to business performance, which means:

• Adopting existing enterprise management frameworks
• Identifying key operational and business functions to assess climate risk against
• Deriving the incremental effect of climate change on existing risk profiles

Henry has a degree in International Relations majoring in Diplomacy, Masters Degree in Business majoring in Applied Finance. Henry also hold an Associate in Risk Management accreditation from The Institutes.
