Webinar – Diversity in Asset Management 2023 Excellence Award Winner

11 July, 2023 @ 1:00 am - 1:30 pm

KPMG is a global professional services firms that has been a ‘first mover’ among ‘Big 4’ firms to grow an asset management and technical advisory practice. Established in 2017, KPMG’s Engineering, Assets & Project Delivery team includes 348 people across Australia.  Back in 2017, women represented 13% of KPMG’s asset management workforce. Today, following a strong focus on improving gender balance they have increased the representation of women to 32% and have seen increased participation from women in the team resulting in a significant reduction in turn over equating to more than $1.2M savings in turnover cost per year.

In this session, we’ll hear from Andrew O’Connor and Tammy Falconer who are Partners in KPMG’s Engineering, Assets & Project Delivery team about the challenges and successes along their journey to a more gender representative workforce.
