With over 15 years of local government experience and as an improvement-focused project lead and asset management professional, Erin currently leads Ipswich City Council’s Effective Asset Management project. Erin has worked in several areas of local government, including infrastructure design and delivery, managing the council’s Waste Directive, and asset management. Her current areas of focus include infrastructure asset management, governance, and change management. She is recognised within Ipswich City Council for service excellence in collaborative practices.
