Tanya Viano until recently was the Water and Power Operations Manager for QGC Shell. Tanya has a Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Maintenance and Reliability Engineering. Tanya has spent 30 years working in industry and has worked predominantly in the oil and gas sector with roles in Projects, Operations, and as a Consultant which gives her a great wealth of experience. Tanya is passionate about reliability and asset management and lead the Enhanced Problem Solving Team within QGC which solved the most difficult reliability issues in the business
