Graeme Brown is the General Manager of Asset Management for DPTI South Australia. His responsibilities include all asset management planning and maintenance activities across SA government assets including road, rail, marine, electrical, bridge and buildings.
AM Council was excited to chat to Graeme about the work he is doing at DPTI and how he is going to weave that into his key note address at AMPEAK.

Graeme, who has qualifications in architecture and administration, has worked in asset management and infrastructure delivery across the 3 tiers of government in organisations such as the Department of Defence, and the South Australian State Departments of Health, Treasury and Finance, and Police.
He has been actively involved in outsourced maintenance and service delivery contracts, public private partnerships and the development of asset management frameworks driving business change across multiple jurisdictions and service areas.
He is deeply involved in a number of significant reform activities across DPTI and is leveraging off his professional experience to help drive broader business change and productivity outcomes for government.
