Principal Asset Manager, Western Parkland City Authority
The Western Parkland City Authority (WPCA) is responsible for coordination, delivery and investment attraction across the Western Parkland City, in collaboration with State and Commonwealth government agencies and with local councils.
We are looking for a Principal Asset Manager to lead the development of the Asset Management (AM) function incorporating plans to optimise the delivery and performance of physical assets and supporting software. These range from land, buildings and lots, civic spaces, and technological equipment through to office fit out and IT systems, and potentially includes utilities, such as building/lot electrical services, EV charges and district cooling.
Expression of Interest for Infrastructure NSW Asset Management Expert Review Panel
Infrastructure NSW is inviting expressions of interest for its Expert Reviewer Panel to conduct assessments of asset management maturity and capability on NSW government agencies in accordance with the Asset Management Policy for the NSW Public Sector.
Expert Reviewers may also be called upon to support the NSW Government Infrastructure Projects Gateway Review Process. An overview of both asset management and infrastructure project assurance review processes is provided here.

Asset Systems Officer, Built Environment, Jurisdiction Services / CSV Corporate
Full Time, Ongoing role
The Asset Systems Officer role, within the Asset Lifecycle Systems team, will collaboratively scope and deliver a range of asset systems dashboards and reports, as identified, to provide accurate and informative insights into the progress of the programs as well as risks, issues, costs, quality, schedules, and outcomes that demonstrate the value and progress of all elements of the programs, projects and services undertaken by the Built Environment. The scope considers both internal and external reporting obligations to ensure effective governance. Inputs to the reports include the Courts Asset Information Management System (CAIMS), Project database (Power App/BI) and other inputs (spreadsheets/documents) as required.
Key Selling Points:
- Preparing user requirements to support the project database project manager in the effective development of dashboards and reports in the Microsoft suite of tools, including Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint and Excel
- Demonstrated experience in data visualisation techniques
- Understanding of government reporting requirements and best practise would be desirable
About you:
- A tertiary degree or professional qualification in Asset Management, Business, Commerce, Applied Science, project management or related field, or equivalent experience, is desirable.
