Professor Adolfo Crespo Marquez,
School of Engineering at
University of Seville, Spain

Adolfo Crespo Márquez is currently Full Professor at the School of Engineering of the University of Seville, and recently Head of the Department of Industrial Management. He holds a Ph.D. with Honors in Industrial Engineering, is listed in the Stanford University’s list of world top-scientists in 2022 and received the Spanish Maintenance Award
from the Spanish Maintenance Association (AEM) in 2020. His research works have been published in many international journals and books focusing on his expertise in maintenance, warranty, supply chain and assets management.

Professor Crespo is a Fellow and Director of ISEAM (International Society of Engineering Assets Management), Editor-in-Chief of the Springer Book Series Engineering and Asset Management Review, and leads the Spanish Research Network on Assets Management and the Spanish Committee for Maintenance Standardization.

He also leads the SIM (Sistemas Inteligentes de Mantenimiento) research group related to maintenance and dependability management and has extensively participated in many engineering and consulting projects for different companies, for the Spanish Departments of Defence, Science and Education as well as for the European Commission (IPTS). He is currently the President of INGEMAN (a National Association for the Development of Maintenance Engineering in Spain).

This work applies to some AMCouncil Members organisations, in particular the large organisations and large super funds initially, then will ramp up to respond to all entities captured under NGERS reporting scheme and other asset owners. Amanda Lewry is the General Manager, Sustainable Infrastructure at South Australia Water.
Ms. Lewry has been at SA Water for almost 4 years and has established a measurable asset management approach to sustainability in a way that is repeatable in Australia and around the world. She has been Executive Manager Asset Management at GHD Australia and Asia Pacific Director, PwC, and General Manager, Asset Manager at ICON Water. She has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business and Technology. Ms. Lewry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to SA Water and will provide practical, actionable information on water and sustainability.

Jessica Dzara, is Director of Operations & Maintenance Programs, Loudoun Water, in Loudon County, Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C. She has been in her position for almost 6 years after becoming a Certifiied Property Management Professional through the National Property Management Association, where she was an Executive Board Member for more than 8 years.
Ms. Dzara was with Sunflower Systems, an asset management software company, for 12 years. At Loudoun Water, Ms. Dzara is responsible for 1,431 miles of water mains and 47,400 valves,
in addition to other assets, including facilities. She has spearheaded the asset management initiatives since they were formally introduced in 2018 and was the driver of the Loudoun Water 2020 – 2024 Asset Management Plan. Ms. Dzara will be reporting on the success of that plan and the future of
asset management at Loudoun Water.
