Roop Lutchman
Roop is GHD’s Practice Group Lead for Business Consulting and has over 33 years of combined management consulting and industry experience. Roop is a professional engineer, project management professional and a recognised industry expert in the advisory/management consulting area. He is the author of three books on these subjects, published by DESTech Publishers: Computerized Work Management Systems for Utilities and Plant Operations (2003), Sustainable Asset Management (2006), and Creating and Managing Sustainable Organizations (2011). He is a member of WEF, AWWA, ASME, PMI and PEMAC. Roop is passionate about helping clients maximise the return on investment in their assets by implementing the appropriate strategies, processes, technology enablers and people arrangements.
