Asset Management Fundamentals
This popular course is run online in a live interactive session over two consecutive half-day mornings (can be delivered in house in one day) offers a thorough overview of asset management. The purpose of the Asset Management Fundamentals program is to understand the fundamentals of asset management and how they can provide benefits to the organisation. Please click here to register.

The Online Exam
To recognise and quantify your learning, an online exam is initiated on the day of the course. Should you choose to take and complete the exam, pass the exam, and agree to comply with a Code of Ethics, you will be certified as a Certified Associate in Asset Management (CAAM) – enabling you to offer evidence to your current and future employers of your personal asset management capability and present them with the knowledge that you have a deeper understanding of asset management related topics and issues. Your CAAM is a great step towards furthering your career in asset management.

How to develop a Strategic Asset Management Plan (available inhouse only)
This seminar provides a thorough overview of how to develop a Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) – an essential part of any asset management system.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Identify the needed content of your SAMP
- Apply the requirements of ISO 55000 for the development of a SAMP
- Identify the requirements for Asset Management Objectives
- Identify the requirements for an Asset Management System
- Identify the requirements for the development of Asset Management Plans (AMPs)
- See how these may be applied in practice
- Understand how to apply the key ISO55000 requirement to develop a “desired balance between cost, risk and performance” within the SAMP
- Understand how to engage non asset management people in the asset management journey defined in the SAMP
